At Beachbum, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our detailed returns and exchange policy below:
Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Returns can be requested under the following conditions:
Cancellation Requests:
- You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by emailing us at contact@beachbum.in or calling (+91) 981 052 0583 with your order ID and reason for cancellation.
- Please ensure that the cancellation request is sent from the email ID used for the original order.
- Once the order has been shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.
- However, if the product is faulty or damaged upon delivery, you can raise a return request.
Additional non-returnable and non-exchangeable items:
- Gift cards
- Bikini and brief sets
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for products that are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, please email us at contact@beachbum.in, and send the item to the following address:
C-140/141, Hosiery Complex, Phase-2, Noida-201305, Uttar Pradesh, India.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within a certain period.
Cash on Delivery Orders : If you paid via Cash on Delivery, refunds will be provided as a Gift Card with the same value.
Sale Items : Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item was not marked as a gift, the gift giver will receive the refund.
Shipping
To return your product, mail it to:
C-140/141, Hosiery Complex, Phase-2, Noida-201305, Uttar Pradesh, India.
You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs associated with returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Please note that the time it takes for the exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
Defective or Damaged Products
- If you receive a defective or damaged product, you can request a return within 7 days of receiving the item. You may opt for either:
- An exchange for a new product
- A voucher or gift card, which can be redeemed for future purchases
International Returns
For international orders, additional shipping fees and customs duties will apply, and these costs are the responsibility of the customer.
