Returns

• We take great pride in the quality of every Beachbum piece, and we want you to love what you receive. If something isn't right, return requests must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• Items must be in their original condition — unused, unworn, unwashed, and unsoiled — with all tags intact and the return ribbon seal unbroken, and returned in their original packaging.
• Items that show signs of use, have missing tags, or arrive with a broken seal will not be accepted and will be returned to you after inspection.
  
• Original shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable.
• Store Credit received from a return cannot be used for a further exchange or return.
• Once you submit your request, our team reviews it within 24–48 hours.
• Reverse pickup is scheduled within 1–3 working days of approval, and your refund is processed within 2–3 working days after your item is received and passes quality inspection at our warehouse.
• You will be notified at each stage via email or SMS.

If you wish to cancel an order, please note that cancellations are only possible before the order is dispatched. To request one, email us immediately at contact@beachbum.in with your Order ID. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will instead follow the return process outlined above.

Certain products are not eligible for return under any circumstances. These include intimate wear such as bikini bottoms, briefs, swimming costumes, and lingerie; items purchased during a sale or with a discount applied; and blouses. Items purchased using Store Credit and previously exchanged items are also not eligible for return.

Exchanges

At Beachbum, we want every piece you bring home to feel just right. If something doesn't work out, we're happy to help — all we ask is that your exchange request is raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and unsoiled, returned in their original packaging with all tags intact and the return ribbon seal unbroken.
• Anything that shows signs of wear, missing tags, or a broken seal will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

Each order is eligible for one complimentary exchange. If you need a different size or style, just let us know and we'll make it work. Items that have already been exchanged once are not eligible for a further return or exchange.

• Once your request is submitted, our team reviews it within 24–48 hours.
• Pickup is scheduled within 1–3 working days of approval, and your resolution is processed within 2–3 working days after the item is received and cleared at our warehouse.

Please note that sale and discounted items are final purchase and are not eligible for exchange. Intimate wear including bikini bottoms, briefs, swimming costumes, and lingerie cannot be exchanged for hygiene reasons. Blouses are also excluded from the exchange programme. Products purchased using Store Credit cannot be exchanged or returned again.

Shipping

To return your product, mail it to:

C-140/141, Hosiery Complex, Phase-2, Noida-201305, Uttar Pradesh, India.

You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs associated with returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Please note that the time it takes for the exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, you can request a return within 3 days of  receiving the item.

Beachbum reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice. In the event of a conflict, our Terms & Conditions Policy will prevail.
